hey guys, quick question, how important is training cycles for natural bodybuilders? I like to mix things up by doing the intermidiate 5x5 program for 12 weeks, then take 1-2 weeks off of training, followed by the power rep range shock training system for 9 weeks and then take 1 week off, and then finish the last cycle by doing the asteroid stack freak workout for the last 3 months and then take 1-2 weeks off , then start the intermidiate 5x5 program and start the process all over again.
