    I need a new workout


    I been doing the Max OT workout....I need to switch things up. Looking to put on some muscle mass but tone up at the same time. Any good workout ideas. Tired of doing my same old routines that I switch up all the time.

    well i really don't know what to tell ya. Just start with a basic bodybuilding routine. Also i would just go on a lean bulk then a cut after a while. Im not a big fan of trying to put muscle on and tone up. I guess it just doesn't seem like it's very possible to me. Could be wrong if i am go ahead and tell me.
