    how is this training routine?


    1.
    Squats 3 x 5, 1 x 10
    Ham Work 3 x 8-10
    Pullups 20-40 reps
    BB Rows 4 x 6
    Curls 2 x 10

    2.
    DB or Incline Bench 2 x 5, 2 x 8
    Dips 2 x 8
    DB OH Press 3 x 8
    Side Laterals 2 x 10
    Skulls 2 x 10

    3.
    Deadlifts 2-3 x 5
    Leg Press 2 x 10 or 1 x 20
    Chins 20-40 reps
    DB Rows 3 x 8
    Curls 2 x 10

    4.
    Bench Press 2 x 5, 2 x 8
    DB Flyes 2 x 8-12
    Military Press 3 x 8
    Side Laterals 2 x 10
    Skulls 2 x 10

    trying to bulk (4 day split)

    If you're trying to bulk you'll definitely want to stick with as much compound work as possible. I'd ditch most of your arms-specific work and focus on the bigger compound lifts that allow you to use the most weight. Your arms will get plenty of work doing presses and various back exercises. If you really want to work arms, I'd only do it twice per week (i.e, Do your 2 sets of curls just on one day instead of two and the same with your skulls).

    Bulking is mostly about diet. If you were dieting to bulk, you would bulk with this routine considering you've found your sweet spot when it comes to training volume.

    Your routine looks good to me!

    looks really good but switch out skulls put a real tricep mass builder in there

    no no no not pulldowns... something hard like behind the back barbell extentions, close grip floor presses, reverse presses... You wanna add size on them tris.
