hi just have a quick question im on a cut right now and is it ok to stop isolating my arms and just do chest,back, and shoulders?
since biceps and triceps gets their share of training when doing chest and back? my workout split used to be (day1:chest,back day:2shoulders,arms,
day:3 legs repeat day 4,5,& 6) instead im gona try to do (day:1chest,back
day:2 shoulders day:3legs) was just wondering if the first routine was overtraining my arms since im restricting my calorie and carbs intake) and im not really looking to add any size to my arms right now just keep wut i have and get ripped thx
