i just got finished with a bulk and i gained some unwanted fat around the midsection area. I got awesome gains though. Just wanted to know if anyone could give me some tips on tightening up my waist. Its not that want to lose much weight, i just want to get rid of the excess. I have added cardio at the end of my workouts(just jogging roughly 1mile to 2miles). Anyone have any suggestions?
