is it wise?

  1. is it wise?

is it wise to train muscles if they are still sore from previous workouts? i did legs and abs on saturday and i train them again today. i still feel the soreness (its been a while since ive been in the gym which is why im still sore) any info would help a bunch. thanks

  2. I would say it would be ok because you have gave it a decent amount of time for the muscles to recover

  3. people say it leads to overtraining. but i play it by ear, if its been over two days of rest and you're sore, i'd base it on if you think you can put up your usual numbers. if you have a good workout with a little soreness before then you should still make good gains. Because my legs are always sore for like 5 days after squats. sometimes you gotta just work through

Sometimes if it is just soreness a workout will make it feel good. Glad you had a good training session!
