Anyone use these regularly? I did them for about a month and felt like they were doing more bad than good. This month muscle and fitness featured it in one of there routines and I was just wondering what other peoples opinions are.

i use it LAST SET of shoulder day light weight for reps till failure then stretch and call it a day,
i do not do them regularly i have bad shoulders so i can hardly do up rights without pain
Yeah I think light weight is def key if you do them, I usually progress very quickly with weight when I incorporate a new exercise in but when I added these my weight stayed the same for the whole month, on top of it feeling like a nightmare for your rotator cuff, I was all set
