I'm new to the forum, I wanted to introduce myself and say that I have been a silent reader for about 8 months now, and I have gotten an overwhelming of useful knowledge on training and supplementation from this forum, so I figured I'd join and do my best to contribute information on what I know, and I look forward to continue to soak up as much knowledge and apply it the best I can!
