Ok, from all my readings and research, going through books, online forums and everything you can imagine. I was able to read all sorts of people claiming their workout routines work, and that you will add xx lbs in 4 months and etc...

I do have a good diet and I wanted to maximize my gains with a good workout that has scientific support as for why it works.

I'm more inclined towards the bodybuilding aspect, not so much for strength or fat loss.

The one who has captivated me most was Chad Waterbury's workouts, mostly working the same bodypart 2-3 times a week, mostly compound movements. It made most sense, but when I look at him, he looks weak :p so if it doesn't work for the author who has to sell books, i don't feel why I should do it.

What have you followed and that worked for you, having mass in mind ??

I am of the mind that if you lift to get strong and if you eat enough, the size will follow. I would suggest a linear progression program and when you stall on that to move on to wendler's 5/3/1.
