I'm not trying to follow this system but it appears like it goes against everything i've learned, no muscle confusion, working the same muscles everyday, not enough rest, no squats,deadlifts....how does this work so well

the show i watched maybe espn said he does
situps 2500 per day everyday
pushups 1500 per day everyday

and he's huge, if anyone saw the pictures from strikeforce fight, this guy is jacked but someone says he doesn't ever touch weights

That's crazy, no weights?

Also a huge amount of push ups/sit ups, but there has to be something else going on..

same issues with Michael Locket, the natural bodybuilder, I don't buy it... there's some help going on thats aiding the muscle growth. This workout would only get you overtrained and disproportioned.

That's his current workout. He hit weights in college. My brother went to college with him and worked out with him on a few occassions.

He's a few yrs younger than my brother.
Also, several people I am familiar with says he used weights during his nfl career. So, more or less, that body was built with iron, he just maintains it with a strict diet.

I can tell people now all I do is prison squats and chinese pushups, knee raises and crunches and they will say NO WAY!!! I look like I lift weights but I haven't since October last yr due to injury. So, technically, I don't lift weights but actually I have and will.

In my early 20s, I could gulp down a box of the oatmeal creams with no problem, in one day. The large ones? The place I bought from only sold them in large with 6 to the pack. I was 232ish @ 14 perBF.

I don't see how any of that is extrordinary. As far as arnold, I'm sure he may have done that ONCE for the mags or whatever. Daily, I doubt it.
Hell, I ride a bike 2 miles to the gym but to jog 14 is pretty extra-ordinary unless you are an ex marine or something.

walker from what ive heard only did that whole pushup routine in high school because his family couldnt afford weights and once he reached college he began training....amazing genetics and professional lifting coaches for years and years will give you his shape, when he was out of high school he didnt look "jacked" im sure, prolly just very solid shape before college.

Exactly! This is just an advanced way of "spinning" the story. I know for a full fledged fact that he used weights in college and 2nd hand info that he used weights in the NFL.

I am just saying that he probably HAS done it but not that he was doing it at that specific time period. Of course he wasn't choking down pies at 6%.

Many of the things that people say (these popular people) are snap shots in time. They may say "yeah i work out 8 hours a day" when they did that for 1 week total.

I may say that i run 15 miles a day. The truth is when i was 25, I ran 15 a day for about 3 weeks @ 3 times per week, then went back to 5 miles a day for 4 days and never ran over 7 miles in one day again.

It's all relative speaking when listening to what these public figures have to say. It's all media "spinning". Ronnie can say that he doesn't use steroids. Well, he probably doesn't NOW but we all know he has.
