I've been doing something similar to CrossFit. I'm about to change it up, and do the Bill Starr 5x5 for the purpose of strength, not so much bulk.
Do you guys usually take time off between workout, and what do you do on the week off? I'm also thinking I'm gonna take a week off from supplements too.
Also I'll throw this in here too. I'm going to do the Bill Starr Intermediate exactly as written. I'm also going to be boxing/running/swimming on off days for 30 min or less. I happen to have White Flood and NO Xplode lying around for a pre-workout, Purple wraath and Green Mag, so thats what I'm planning on using supplement-wise. This sound good?
