1. iFitness

    Had anyone tried the iFitness app for tracking your workouts?

  2. I use it. I still use a log book and enter it into iFitness after training. I use it to show me the data. I'm a numbers nerd I guess. HAHA. My girlfriend uses it during her training and loves it. Give it a shot.

  4. I have it downloaded on my ipod it comes in handy but i just never got into tracking my workouts so i never really use it too much. Its a pretty good app though.

  5. I've got a couple workouts logged In it already. It's nice that u can create a workout on the app b4 going to the gym. Saves time in the gym, no more wandering around aimlessly lol! I've never been big on recording workouts, but this app is awesome. Can't wait to see the progress I'm making.

  6. I haven't used it yet, but I heard its pretty cool.

  7. I really like this app for tracking my weight and body measurements.
