Thoughts on this for a mass/size routine? Will rotate Workout A and Workout B each week like rippetoes does with there workouts.

Monday-Workout A
Bench...............3x8-12
Squat...............3x5
Military Press......3x8-12
Dumbbell Flys......2-3x8-12
Calf Raises.........2-3x8-12
Front Raises.......2-3x8-12
Dips....2-3x8x12
Abs

Wednesday-Workout B
Bentover rows........3x8-12
Deadlifts............3x5
Barbell Curls........2-3x8-12
Preacher Curls.....2-3x8-12
Forearm Curls......2-3x8-12
Abs

Friday-Workout A
Bench....................3x8-12
Squat....................3x5
