3 sets of chest dips
3 sets of incline flys
tuesday - back
4 sets of deadlifts
3 sets of wide grip pull ups
3 sets of bent over rows
3 sets of seated rows
wednesday - arms
4 sets of ez bar curls
3 sets of hammer curls
3 sets of cable curls
4 sets of skullcrushers
3 sets of overhead extensions
3 sets of triceps pushdowns
thursday - shoulders and traps
4 sets of dumbbell shoulder press
3 sets of lateral raises
3 sets of front raises
3 sets of rear delt flys
4 sets of shrugs
friday - legs
4 sets of squats
3 sets of leg press
3 sets of leg extensions
3 sets of stiff-leg deadlifts
3 sets of leg curls
