I've been using allpro's workout starter plan for getting onto a plan that was actually correct. I've been doing his plan for 4-5 months now and I think i'm ready to another workout. I don't want my muscle's getting muscle memory and just being stuck with no muscle gain.
Body fat : 9-12%
Bench : 275x2
Squat : 405x2
Deadlift : 335x5
I want to stick to allpro's plan for just a little longer, until I find something worth switching to.
I want thinking 5x5 so I can increase strength, and add some more muscle. Is there something else I should do? Which 5x5 if I switch?
Also, I will be doing arms on the days I lift also (2-3 things)
