My calf training is going well and they are growing. However, 90% of the growth is on the outside, not the inside.
Any ideas on how to isolate the insides of my calves?
I've tried toes in, toes out, feet together, feet apart, etc., but nothing seems to work.
Maybe it's just genetic and I'll have to work with what I've got!
