I can't hit the inside of my calves - help!!!

My calf training is going well and they are growing. However, 90% of the growth is on the outside, not the inside.

Any ideas on how to isolate the insides of my calves?

I've tried toes in, toes out, feet together, feet apart, etc., but nothing seems to work.

Maybe it's just genetic and I'll have to work with what I've got!

    Suggestions, please?

feet together, and pay attention to how the balls on your feet move when doing donkey calf raises. i tend to, on the accent is to shift the weight to the outside i had to pay close attention to shifting the weight to the inside of the balls of my foot, more towards the big toes vs. the small ones....make sense?

Makes perfect sense - I know exactly what you mean and will try it.

    Thanks!

You can also try to slightly turn out your feet (like a "V") and really concentrate on that inside part of your calves. Make sure to keep the sets as intense as possible.

    Thanks.

Believe me, I make them burn!

Well, actually that's on "light" calve day. I try to mix it up and go heavy, medium, and light. When it's light day, I do teardowns and/or sets where I do as many as I can, then rest 5-10 seconds, and do a few more!

I'm trying, and as I said, the outsides of my calves are growing. I just need to get the insides to catch up!
