I pulled my upper back awhile ago. I feel that it's healed, but I haven't been able to workout because of my knee and bicep. I still have a lingering soreness in my upper back, especially when I first wake up. I think this might be due to tight muscles, since I haven't worked my back in awhile.

Do you have any bands? Try some band pull aparts and face pulls with them.
