Biceps + Triceps?

Does anyone do these muscles on the same days? I think I'm goin to be trying this, this coming week and see how it goes. Anybody got any input on this?
 
I have arm day on wed... consists of biceps and triceps and a little forarm work.
 
i know lots of people say its pointless to have an arm day, but why not?! ive started this for about 6 months now off an on to split up my routine and my arms have just exploded. i love arm day, its my fav workout day

I do. Whether it's necessary or not depends on the individual.

Alright we'll see what happens my new workout plan is going to be starting on monday. I'm going to be trying a lot of different things and see what's going to happen. I'm gonna post it up probably monday if I remember

Yeah I try to change things up about every month or so. I'm going to start lifting weight according to my one rep max though and see how that goes. I'm not looking to gain crazy size I just want to stay cut and get stronger though.
