ive noticed a progression in the past weeks in popping in my left shoulder when i stick my elbow out then rotate backwards. not realy that much pain jus soreness. my right shoulder pops also but not as significantly as the left. need some advice.

man if i worried about every popping, clicking, creaking or cracking sound my body made throughout the day id go insane. if your range of motion is not affected and its not causing you serious pain i wouldnt sweat it, but if it gets worse, give it a rest. remember to always warm up your delts before any kind of pressing movement.
peace!
no ive never dislocated my shoulders b4
Here's the thing about shoulders, even with advanced imaging equipment, the chances of completely "fixing" them is low. There are so many factors in the health of this joint (labrum, RC, RC muscles, etc) that saying "there's a pop" is far too vague and generic.
