    I am very interested in this form of training. I have researched it all over, however, i havent read exactly how to choose the workouts.

    My idea is to do total body 3 times a week, 15 min sessions alternating the workouts...for example,
    Monday - 1st 15 min, db curls and triceps extensions
    2nd 15 min, bb bench press and bb rows
    3rd 15 min, leg curl and db overhead press...

    Im aiming for fatloss. Should i do full body workouts 3 times a week (M-W-F) with light cardio 2 days (T-Th) or do i need to follow some of the other training routines?
