im trying to bulk up and was wondering how much cardio i should be putting into my routine?
what is your current cardio schedule?
I'd still try to get at least 20min in 3x week
depends at work they make us run so sometimes 3 or 4 times a week around 45min a time, but could i counteract that by upping my calories?
i use to only do 6-6 min runs at a pretty high speed on the tredmill it helped keep me lean
