Pain in throat constantly feeling hungry

ok so pretty simple question here. Nearly every time hungry i get this sharp pain like it feels like i need to burp but it wont come out. The pain is in my lower throat around my clavical..and it sends like a sharp pain that travels from my lower throat into my chest/heart area. Right after i eat it goes away but like an hour later its back no matter how much i eat!

I get that too, but it usually happens when i have a lot of sodium or get stressed out. I usually stress...not like raging stress just little stupid ****

ahh this could be it too, i like to use alot of ketchup and id say my diet does have a bit too much sodium. but seems like if i eat on schedule it never really happens.
