What do you guys think of this workout? I am trying to do a bulk here starting 12/1..Was thinking of going with this split or a 5 day??

DB Rows 3x 10, 8, 6
Wide Grip Machine Row 3x 10, 8, 6
Close Grip Pulls Down 3x 10, 8, 6

Monday: Chest, Abs,

Hammer Machine Press 3x 12, 8, 6
Decline Flies 3x 10

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: Shoulders, Traps, Legs, cardio
BB Press x3
Lat Raise x3

Leg Extension 2x 15
Squats 3x 12

Thursday: Off
Friday: Arms
Dips x2
Close Grip Bench 4x 12, 8, 8, 6
Lying Triceps Extension 4x 12, 8, 8, 6
Triceps Press Down 2x 20
Pull-ups x2
BB Curls 3x 10, 8, 6
Incline DB Curls 3x 10, 8, 6

Saturday: Legs,Abs,Cardio
Leg Extensions 2x 15

Doesn't look bad, but my question is why the legs twice a week? I am currently doing 5 a week with one day just abs and cardio, looks similar to this, but each bodypart once a week except abs going twice.

i do legs twice a week; fronts on moderate push day, and backs on heavy push day.
i would ensure you start your "leg" days with squats or variations of same before moving on to the others. also where are you deadlifts?

I like hitting legs twice a week 2 keep them flowing..One heavy day and one moderate day.....Deads are going to be with Back
