I'm sure most of us would agree that the squat is the single toughest exercise we can do. It's us against gravity basically... when you're ready to hit the heaviest set of squats, what is the one song you need to push you through the last grueling reps?

Actually, not to be sappy, but when I was younger my grandmother used to let me and my brother listen to Magadeth and Metallica. She was getting the mail last New Years eve and got hit by a log truck, so this song makes me think of her and I'll get some weight to move :D

It usually depends on my mood i use a softer song while im warming up something like

All Of the above- Maino Ft T-Pain(not much of a lifting but kinda gets me going while im warming up i guess its reflects my motivation)

I used to be all rock during workouts but for some reason some rap does it for me but a decent song i stumbled on recently as i like to change songs often is

Last Resort- Papa Roach
Two Weeks- All that remains (that song got me going for multiple workouts over the summer)

But i keep a variety of music on my playlist for certain parts of workout, and attiude that day.
