Ive been looking at a few 3 day workouts and it seem most point to the 5-3-1 routine. Im not sure if thats the way to go for a bulking type of routine thou. Im looking to thorow on another 5-10 lbs with minimal bf. Will the 5-3-1 routine just make me stronger or give me good size aswell all around? Im so used to working out 5 days a week but I have to pick up my daughter 2-3 days a week so i cant make it to the gyms on those days, so on my off days I was thinking of doing one of the p90x dvds like plyometrics or cardio/stretching twice a week.
