Double days

    Double days


    I know before a competition Arnold used to work out twice a day. A few hours in the morning and again in the afternoon obviously working different body parts and he did this for what like 2 weeks straight or something like that? I don't remember exactly but I know part of it is because he was juicing and he could recover so quickly but for any of us on mild PH cycles could this be beneficial doing double days?
