5 day?

  1. 5 day?

    chest,legs,shoulders,back,arms ...
    is this a good split and due to my busy schedule if i wasn't able to lift on a day i would just push it all back so if i take Wednesday off then i would just do shoulders on thursday and then back and arms. Will this be effective with a good diet?

  2. Yes. I do the same split (different order). I occasionally will do a 6th day where I'll hit calves, abs, and traps, but in general i split chest, back, shoulders, legs, and arms into 5 workouts per week (1 - 2 rest days).


  3. can u elaborate on this? do you work you traps on shoulder days
