Training w/Fractured Ribs

Any one ever have fractured ribs and train. I've been out of the gym for a little over two weeks and already lost 10lbs. I want to get back into the gym but I've got two fractured ribs. I'm thinking of starting back next week with light weight, high reps and strict movements to protect ribs. Any thoughts? I'm dying to get back into the gym. I've already lost so much of my gains. :zx11pissed:
