3 Day Split

Unfortunately these days I am pressed on time. I currently bought a house in a city thirty minutes from my current gym. Because of gas and time I can only make it 3 days a week. Any suggestion for 3 day splits?

Exercises I definitely want to keep in are dead lifts and squats.
 
Wendler's 5/3/1 is pretty good and you concentrate on squats, deads, mil press and bench press. It's normally run 3 days a week.

There are a few logs on here and if you do a google search and there are a few threads out there about the workout and how it is structured.
