1. FST-7

    Hey am. I heard about fst7 training and I just wanted to kno what it's all about' how it's done etc. I kno that it's 7 sets of 8 to12 reps with 30 secs between sets. But my one buddy says u hav to stretch and flex between sets? I haven't read that anywhere. Can anyone sum it up for me? Thanks

  3. and yes you are suppose to stretch and flex b/t sets, thats just the final component of the training day though. the beginning is more similar to dorian yate's programs or max-ot
