Gym injury advice?

OK so here is the story 10 years ago I snapped my forearm and hyper extended my elbow.. Elbow wasnt treated at the time there wasnt a issue. Years later I was turning wrenches and trying to break a bolt free it gave and so did the elbow. I had a pain in my elbow for a good month or so.. Limiting movement when extending it out. No biggie it went away.. I got into weight lifting noticed from time to time I would have elbow issues . Doctor says its arthritis . I had reconstructive knee surgery and I dont have this kind of "arthritis" in that joint so I dont get it.. When bench pressing I can feel what I think is a tendent along the top side back portion of my elbow with a complete extension of the barbell I get a pop and weird feeling in my wrist.. Ive jus sucked it up and delt with it.. The other day in the gym I once again threw my elbow out I noticed the lack of popping now when trying to lift on bench , nonstop pain as usual lack of stength in that arm . Its hard even to flex that bicep..

Advice please anyone else battle a elbow injury? I really dont wanna miss out on any gym time but I dont wanna make it worse. Also I live out in BFE so there isnt a wide selection of Doc's to go to..

It sounds similar to a bicep injury of mine. I use cissus(search it) an heat. I still feel, but these things help.

A doctor would be the best option, regardless if you are indeed in BFE. A Forum should not surrogate legitimate medical guidance. I hope it heals quickly.

Right.. Im jus kind of looking for similar cases to compare and treat before going to the doctor again and asking for a mri.

I understand; however, wouldn't you rather start the process of full-recovery just in case medical care is needed?

Yes I would.. Its jus Ive feel Ive been on a role here lately lifting and dont wanna lose it.. Plus I hate going to the doc for a long drawn out process .. By the time I get to a specialist if I do the pain will be gone and the elbow will be acting fine only for them to say that cant find anything wrong.. I went through that with my knee until it completely went out and I couldnt pop it back into play or walk on it.
