Im 19. 6'3, about 200 with 12-14% bf. I play basketball and i would like to cut down my fat as well as increase my strength a little bit and i was wondering if anyone has any exp. or advise on this topic. Is it better to do full body workouts, or dedicated days to muscle groups. Higher rep. range or lower?

My goal is mainly to decrease my bf but i would like to put on some muscle mass by clean bulking. I am not a hard gainer by any means i can gain muscle quite quickly as well as fat unfortunately. (mesomorph somatype)
