Hey recently i;ve bin feeling sore after i workout...like eveyrtime?????!!! lol whats going on?
Well recently i've bin working out like amybe 2-3 times a week, and rather instdead of everyday like what i did over summer vacation(which i ddint feel sore after workouts). Cause im trying to study for my SAT in Oct....
Am i feeling sore like after EVERYworkout cause i'v bin cutting back how many days im lifting?
or
do i need to intake more protien?

PS: but i do sumtimes change the amount of reps and sets everytime i exercise, iunno fi tahts whats going on
MY body just isnt repairing its muscles as fast as it was before.....................
