Training Schedule's

I was just wondering what does your training schedule look like?
im trying to fine tune mines but it alway changes, it looks like this

SUN-Core strenght/ some sort of full body exercise
MONDAY-Bicep/Tricep/Forearms
TUES-Chest
WED-Legs and core strenght
THUR-Back and shoulders
FRI-Full body variation, core strenght

I also do cardio every other day in the morn. I also train mma every other day if not at least 2-3 times a week mostly fri-sat and sometimes WED.


can you guys help me out to see if its alright or i need to switch some stuff up

I assume if you're training MMA then you are looking for a routine that focuses on increasing strength? How long have you been lifting? What lifts do you do on those days?

no not really just seeing how everyone esle trains, what body part with what.
