I'm really interested in power/speed/GPP training and I'm looking for some good olympic lift templates to start off with. I workout in a college gym with no platform. They allow those of us who know what we're doing to do o-lifts but nobody goes to max or does any weight that could make them fail. Are there any templates out there that could get me started? I found a couple but they had a few exercise variations I know I couldn't do in the gym. I would make my own routine but I'm not sure how much volume a typical o-lift routine consists of or how long they last. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

In the long term I'm looking to transition into training that takes stuff from Crossfit and rosstraining leaving regular weight training behind except for major lifts (Squat, Deadlifts, Cleans, etc.)
