    Evaluate My Chest/tri workout


    Need some advice on the routine.

    Flat benchx5
    Incline benchx5
    Decline Dumb benchx5
    Cable fly(heavy)x3
    cable fly(volume)x5
    close grip benchx5
    overhead tri extx5
    cable pull downx5
    Smith Tri Ladder(the Brandon Curry thing)

    i switch it up all the time i alternate my chest doing incline first one week then decline then flat then i do ether db flys or cable i go every month i switch reps not lower than 5 not higher than 20 for tris i switch between flat and incline skull crushers then over head db ext some side ext or close grip then if i got spotter i do weighted dips then cables a ll of it gets changed every month.

    Yeah that looks solid, I usually do 5x5 on my bb lifts (incline bench and flat bench for strength, cuz lets be honest, we all wanna be reppin 405 and have everyone in the gym watchin) and 3x10 or 4x8 on any other exercises to get some hypertrophy.
    Bench - 355
    Squat - 405
    Deadlift - 600
