im starting out at the gym agin for the 1st time in 2 years the thing is the gym i have joined has no free weight section so i have comeup with a work out plan using the machines they have avalible, i would be very gratfull if i could have your advise.

my stats are: 25 years old, 6ft 3, 96kg , 28% body fat,

im looking to work my way up to about 100kg but get my body fat to approx 10%


the work out plan i have worked out is as follows:


monday:
chest press= 8-7-6-5-4
pec dec= 8-7-6-5-4
with 15 of hiit and 20 min light walk on tread machine

tuesday:
leg press= 8-7-6-5-4 (deep squat style)
leg extension= 8-7-6-5-4
30 min very light cycle sit down gym bike

wednesday:
tri cable pull down= 8-7-6-5-4
cable curl= 8-7-6-5-4
single arm tri pull down=8-7-6-5-4
preacher curl machine=8-7-6-5-4
30 min walk tread machine

thursday:
cable lat raise=-8-7-6-5-4
cable front raise= 8-7-6-5-4
15 min rowing machine 3000m

friday:
lat pull down=8-7-6-5-4
cable upright row=8-7-6-5-4
15 min hiit and 20 min light walk

sat/sun rest from weight on only one of the days i will do:
30min walk treadmill
15min rowing machine 3000m
30min seated cycle

i will be increasing amount of weight every 2 weeks i am in process of cleaning diet now.
