Currently doing a 5 weeker of "The One" and my training is like this:
Monday: Back Biceps
Mostly because of work. Now, my main question is, should I drop doing biceps and triceps on my back and chest days and maybe do them on shoulder days only? On back days I feel like a get a lot of bicep movements in (cable rows, chin ups, etc) or stick with what I'm doing? I know with "The One" it's best to incorporate some type of volume traing which I am doing I just wonder if I am doing the right amount at the right times when it comes to arms. Input?
