    i am 510 195...i bench around 315,and can squat into the 400s my squat hasnt been very good since i blew my knee out...but i am all natural and am only 18... i have always been a stronger guy but i wanna see how i compare to other guys around....btw those lifts are with good form not some bs arch back or 2inch squat...

    I'm 6'1" a little under 180 lbs. Less than 10%bf, bench 230, squat 285. My lower body is stronger than my upper but I'm working to increase my core. Have already increased by 50 lbs on bench since May. You're stronger than me. a few inches shorter and 15 lbs heavier so you're more compact, but I'd imagine you're a pretty strong dude.

  3. damnn both u dudes are pretty strong

    currently: im 5'8" @ 9% bf

    bench 275 for 4
    squat 365 for 6


    my best lifts to date are:

    incline bench 315 for 4
    squat 405 for 6

    but i was 200lbs and prob 15% bf

    i am also 18, 5'11 185-190
    bench=300
    squat=not enough
    deadlift=450ish

    yea so you beat me bench and squat idk deads

    ok i can hope for about 3 plates max because this last school year i worked out with kids who refused to work out legs

  7. my brother was 145 about 5 foot 7 and 17 years old as a junior in high school. I guess he just had good genetics cuz his physique was phenominal, he looked like ape. He could max out on bench 265 and squat like 320. But he was dedicated to working out and lifted when he was like 7
    Me on the otherhand, i am 5 foot 11 and 17, I am about 150. I have never seriously started working out until 5 months . I have a taller leaner frame. I can put 250 up on the bench which is pretty good if you look at how lean i am. Alot of this weight i gained though is fat and water weight from creatine and post season wrestling
