I wanted you guys to look at my form and see if it's correct. Notice on the video I didn't have any weight on the bar, since I just got done my sets. I have trouble going past a certain point as you can see in the video.
You need to go about 5 inches lower, check out Ronnie Coleman on youtube or Justin Harris, those guys both go low enough. Maybe try bringing your legs out a little wider until you get more flexible.
Thanks guys. I think I do go a little bit lower on low bar squats, since they are easier for me.
