I already have the perfect pushup, and I do have to say, it is the perfect thing to incorporate into my chest day. Kicks my ass..
I had a thought, and please, don't bombard me with criticism or whatever, it's a genuine question:
I was thinking about getting myself the perfect pull-up.. heard really good things about it. I already have a few pieces of great home equipment,(PP, Iron Gym, etc.) If i incorporate some home leg work(squats, lunges, swimming, etc), will I have enough to get myself a grueling workout, and get the results i'm after? I go to Gold's gym now, and it's a great gym, but I don't know if I need it.
I'm not looking to get huge, but I am looking to get some lean mass gains, and get shredded. I'm currently 5'11" 170 lbs, with about 9-10% BF. I'm deciding whether or not I need a gym membership for that..
Some feedback/ideas please!! Thanks guys!!

It helps, but i have made a lot of progress on my own. I use a pullup bar from wallmart for 30 mucks and i can do dips on it.

I like the iron gym, I guess if you want to spend the money, it seems like theres a few more exercises you can do with the perfect pullup, but unless Im mistaken, to get everything costs alot more than the basic model.PHF Rep

I don't know if you can get too much lean muscle gains if you already have some mass. It would probably definitely help in getting lean, I just think you are going to need more weights to build more mass, unless you are a newb to working out altogether. I don't know about the Iron Gym, but sure pullups in various forms will be beneficial.

ITS THE SAME LINE OF PULL ON THE MUSCLES WHETHER YOU ARE USING THE PERFECT PULL UP OR DOING IT FROM A REGUALR BAR. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST DO REGUALR PULL UPS THE RESULTS ARNT GOING TO BE NOTICEBLY DIFFERENT IF YOU BUY THAT. JUST DO THE EXERCISE LIKE ARNI DID IT AND YOULL GAIN SOME LAT/BI SIZE.
