Best PCT routine to preserve muscle

Hey everybody, just curious what everyones take on how to maintain gains after cycle. I have found so many different ideas and now I am confused. Some say lift the same, but expect less strength, then others say you should not lift the same, but actually less, but stay with compound movements. What the hell should I do. I still have some time left with test in my system. BUT the clock is ticking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PCT is dialed so that will help I know, but Im curious about training regimen only.

i always try to lift the same if not more during PCT. expect less strength, but for example, if your "on cycle" was benching 245x6, then bench 245 in PCT for as many sets as it takes to get those 6 reps in. personally, the first week of PCT my strength normally increases, and those are the only strength gains i'm prepared to loose.

    I agree.

Also make sure you keep your food intake up.

Thanks everybody for responding. I totally had the same thought process as well. I mean it never made any sense to me for people to start lifting less weight and less time in the gym. It seems it would only speed up the loss of lean mass. I understand that recovery and healing time is back to normal, but I didnt go easy off cycle, so why would I start now? Again thanks for the input.
