hey guys, I'm looking to run a 4 week epi cycle in a month or so as my first cycle. I'm just wondering how I should tweak training from my normal amounts- ie. can I get away with more volume/ greater frequency? keep it about the same?

From the logs I've read most guys go with a typical bodypart split over 5-7 days, is there any particular reason for this or is it personal preference? I made the greatest gains of my life on a westside U/L split ~1 year ago, and wanna know if there's any reason to prefer a bp split over this sort of thing...
