One of my good friends recommended this workout split to me. He says it ahs worked for him really well. BUt he is a different body type and i was just wondering if this split is good for me. Im 180 pounds 5'10" and probably 20% body fat. My goal is to lower my body fat % while retaining as much muscle as possible. Im currently taking Slim Xtreme, Creatine and whey protein. But just see what you think about this split:
12-15 reps on all..
day1- chest and tri
day2- back and biceps
day3- legs
day4- shoulders/ lats/ traps
with half an hour of cardio, 4 times a week
Sound decent???
