How much do you think you need to lose? 5'8 154lbs is pretty small already. Your other post is about lifting weights, and when to increase weight on exercises. Start doing that and get stronger and build some muscle. You really don't need to be less than 154 unless you are stepping on a stage for a bodybuilding competition.
I agree with youngandfree. Start putting on some muscle, which will make your weight stayy level, or increase as your BF decreases. You dont wanna be that stick-skinny guy
