So today was first attempt at this.
Wow, hard hard hard.
I will post the exercises and so on up tomorrow.
Just want to know if anyone else has tried this and what was there success rate. I will only do this for a week. monday, wednesday and friday.
I am using exercises that suit me, not anyones particular program.
Hope to hear from every one else who has done this.
My end result today was trying my best to keep my lunch and stay concious.

Well I saw it over on beyondsixpackabs so i just used exercises that i can do but with the same princible.
Have you tried it

The one i am doinf this week is
10 exercises x 30 reps
Dips x 30
squat with disc x 30
press ups x 30
leg press x 30
seated row x 30
shoulder press with db x 30
dead lift x 30
upright row x 30
bench dips x 30
bicep curl with db x 30

i've done it, and its super hard. 28 minutes was my best time.
6 exercises, 5 sets of 10 reps per exercise. supersetted. to really kill yourself, superset deads and squats, then pullups with clean and press.

Here is how i faired out last night guys. Did my best
Dips x 30 (24 in total)
squat with disc x 30 (30 in total with 10kg disc)
press ups x 30 (20 in total)
leg press x 30 (30 in total @100 kg)
seated row x 30 (30 in total at 6 bars (bar = 8kg)
shoulder press with db x 30 (30 in total with 20lbs db)
dead lift x 30 (30 in total at 40 kg)
upright row x 30 (30 in total with 20 kg bar)
bench dips x 30 (30 in total)
bicep curl with db x 30 (30 in total with 25lbs db)
So thats the first day. By the end of the week i want to be able to hit the ful 300 with out pauses, or as close as posible.
