So today was first attempt at this.
Wow, hard hard hard.
I will post the exercises and so on up tomorrow.
Just want to know if anyone else has tried this and what was there success rate. I will only do this for a week. monday, wednesday and friday.
I am using exercises that suit me, not anyones particular program.
Hope to hear from every one else who has done this.
My end result today was trying my best to keep my lunch and stay concious.
