Question about changing splits

  1. Question about changing splits

    So I would normally do legs today but they are still sore, and I just lifted with my shoulder and back, and biceps yesterday and i'm not sore at all besides a little in my lower back, would it be okay to lift with my arms again today? or should I always give a day rest?
