DC Training On Cycle- Enough Volume?

I'm trying to plan my cycle for the summer and am still trying to figure out a training program and whether I want to do DC on it or not. I was thinking of trying the modified version of a Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri split with each body part done 2x week. For those who have done DC on cycle, do you think a higher volume program would have produced better gains or was DC good? Thanks
 
For sheer mass the 2 way split is by far the best. Spend some time over at intensemuscle and really learn the program before attempting it though.
 
I suggest the three day split as opposed to the four day unless you have insanely good recovery.

You should really go spend some time at Intense Muscle if you are looking into DC.

I did DC for quite some time, then changed up while cutting, but now I'm going back. It is absolutely, hands down my favorite way to train (best results too).

This is totally out of the loop with dantes training ideas now.

There is a 2 way split (3 days) and a 3 way split (4 days). The 3 way split involves LESS frequency and MORE recovery time so actually on 3 days a week you train each part MORE.

You should do 3 days a week on the 2 way split...
 
Yeah man... I am far from an expert but I did DC years ago and you were right, back then some people did what is now known as the 2 way spilt BUT did it with 4 trainign sessions thus training everything twice a week. Dante always was very cautious about this and recommended that almost no one did it. Eventually he got annoyed enough with it that he flat out rejected it. Now on the 2 ways spilt you work everything 3 times every 2 weeks.
