I'm trying to plan my cycle for the summer and am still trying to figure out a training program and whether I want to do DC on it or not. I was thinking of trying the modified version of a Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri split with each body part done 2x week. For those who have done DC on cycle, do you think a higher volume program would have produced better gains or was DC good? Thanks
