Straight Leg Dead Lifts- 205lbs 4x10
Lunges- 135lbs 4x10
Standing Split Front Squat 135 1x10 each leg
Leg Extention 165lbs 4x10
Leg Curls 70lbs 4x10
Am I missing anything? Im currently bulking...

I get so dead after i cant manage to do calves lol
i normally do them other days tho..
is there any other exercises to include?
