I just found this work out Lose Fat Like You're on Crack I was going to combine this with the p90x nutrition plan (got it from a friend). I heard this was just as affect of p90x workouts, is this true? If so I was planning on running this six week program then switching to Crossfit.

All that being said I am not necessarily a newb. I just am bored with my traditional work out and looking to find a varied routine with good results. Any help is appreciated.
